1. Design and Display
The Samsung Galaxy S25 ultra's design is getting an upgrade as in the previous version Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra had a flat design with the edges slightly curved and it had the box of corners.

Moving on talking about the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra display, it will be having a 6.8 inches QHD+ Dynamic LTPO AMOLED 2X, with a 120Hz refresh rate, just as the S24, however, this time Samsung has gone over the limit as it has gave the S25 Ultra a more powerful 2nd Gen Gorilla Amor, ensuring more durability.

2. Processor And Software
The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will be receiving a monster for its processor, it will be having the Snap Dragon 8 Elite for Galaxy, the "Galaxy" here just means it is the overclocked version of the chip, as we already know the Snap Dragon 8 Elite is the flagship chip for Samsung. So, we can say that the S25 Ultra is ready to compete with other flagship phones

Now, taking about the phone RAM and Storage, according to rumors and reports, the S25 series will be having a base RAM of 12 GB. So the S25 ultra will be having a RAM variants of 12 GB and 16 GB and the phone will be having a storage variants of 256 GB, 512 GB and 1 TB.
Likewise, the Samsung S25 Ultra as expected will be having the Android 15 with One UI 7 out of the box, and we have already seen the beta version of the One UI 7 in the previous devices.
Furthermore, in terms of updates, Samsung is already a head of everyone giving a 7 generations OS update and a 7 generation security update.

Furthermore, according rumors this phone will be the ISOCELL GN3 sensor, meaning it will deliver more high-quality photos and videos to the already good camera.

4. Battery
Talking about the batteries and charging, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has a battery size of 5000 mAh like the previous models. Although the phone consists the same sized batteries, the more efficient chipsets inbuilt (Snap Dragon 8 Elite) the devices will be getting a good battery life.

Furthermore, talking of charging, the S25 Ultra will be having a 45 Watt Fast Charging, however, this time Samsung has brought an improvement for wireless charging, because all of the devices should support QI 2 wireless charging meaning, you will be able to use MagSafe technologies similar to Apple's smartphones. So, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will support up to 25W QI wireless charging.
5. Samsung S25 Ultra Price In Nepal and Availability
As the Samsung S25 Ultra is not released in Nepal, the price of the phone cannot be determined as per the rumors. So, the price will be updated as soon as the phone is released in the Nepalese Market.
Furthermore, as for the availability the phone is ready to be unpacked on January 22nd 2025 as per Samsung. So, with that in mind we can estimate that the Samsung 2025 Flagship phone will be available in Nepal from the last week of January 2025, or February 2025.
