1. 100% Free Shipping

We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders, regardless of the order value or your location within Nepal. Whether you are ordering a flagship smartphone or a small accessory, the price you see on the product page is the price you pay at your doorstep.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Order Confirmation

To ensure a committed and reliable delivery process for our high-value electronics, we have a specific protocol for COD orders:

  • Advance Deposit: For all Cash on Delivery orders, a nominal advance payment of up to Rs. 500 is required to confirm the order.

  • Non-Refundable: This advance deposit is strictly non-refundable. It serves as a commitment fee to cover logistics and processing costs in the event of a refusal at the doorstep.

  • Balance Payment: The remaining balance of your order total will be collected in cash or via mobile wallet by our delivery partner upon arrival.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Kathmandu Valley: 1–2 working days.

  • Outside Valley (Major Cities): 2–4 working days.

  • Remote Areas: 5–7 working days.

  • Note: Timelines may vary for Pre-Orders as specified on the product page.

4. Security & Identity Verification

Given the nature of consumer electronics:

  • OTP Verification: A secure OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered mobile number. You must provide this to the delivery person to complete the handover.

  • Package Integrity: Please do not accept the package if the Sinja Security Seal is broken or if the outer box shows signs of significant tampering.

5. Transit Insurance

Every shipment from Sinja is fully insured. If your product is damaged during transit, please report it to our support team within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo/video evidence to initiate a replacement.
